Fees & Scholarships

All applications received before 16th April will be given the early bird discount fee of £130 Juniors / £145 seniors

Applications received after 17th April will be charged the full fee of £150 juniors / £165 seniors

A discount of £15 will be given to any family who have 2 or more children attending the course.

If pupils would like to take part in both the morning and afternoon courses, a discount of £15 will be given.

A deposit of £60 will be required to secure a place.

The remaining fee must be paid in full by 1st July.

Cheques are to be made payable to Chamber Players Ltd.


Fees are non-refundable except in instances where a doctors certificate can be provided.

There are some scholarships available to assist those who would like to attend, but whose families are unable to meet the full fees. These scholarships are awarded on a discretionary basis according to need. Please apply by email if you would like to be considered for a scholarship.


There is also a bursary for a pre-formed group attending the course.

a discount of £15 per person may be given to pre-formed ensembles applying for the senior course.

Please include in the application submission  information about each pupil; information about the ensemble – where you have been studying (school, Junior College, local music service…), and the repertoire you have recently been learning.

Some schools  and junior conservatoires will also have a budget for enabling pupils to attend holiday courses. It is often worth contacting the school to see if they will support holiday activities such as this
